With the inauguration over, it's time for more change. Next Tuesday, the wait is over. PerfectDisk 10 arrives, along with a brand new PerfectDisk web site.
You can see the highlights of What's New in PerfectDisk 10 here.
The entire product line has been upgraded. Certified by Microsoft out of the gate - as always. Support for Microsoft's latest and greatest operating system, Windows 7 -- out of the gate.
Up to 30% faster. New reports on your space usage across your drive. Upgraded interface. New features around PerfectDisk's core competency - disk defragmentation and optimization.
Brand new - for home users, a new and less expensive PerfectDisk Home Edition with all the power of PerfectDisk Professional, but without just a few bells and whistles. And with the Home Edition, no limitations on drive size or core defrag and optimization features.
For enterprises, a new command center, the PerfectDisk 10 Enterprise Console. The console is currently in Beta test, due for general release in a few weeks.
And finally, for enterprises, the really big news - the new PerfectDisk 10 Virtual Enterprise Edition. This is really next-generation, with PerfectDisk now providing dynamic resource allocation in virtual environments such as VMware ESX Server and Microsoft's Hyper-V. The Virtual Edition automatically determines how often it should run based on resource availability at the host level. The days of unnecessary resource contention and out-of-control virtual machines defragging are over.
It's a Perfect 10. And it's just about here.
