In my last post, on Computer Power User Magazine's recognition for PerfectDisk, I alluded to that being the last of many 2008 awards and recognition for PerfectDisk in 2008. Well, I missed one other. Virtualization Review, in its November 2008 Ultimate Virtualization Buyers Guide, calls out PerfectDisk 2008 for VMware and PerfectDisk 2008 for VMware ESX Bundle as the only defrag solutions under its Management & Optimization section.
Now....on to 10...I mean 2009.
Hi RC,
Thanks for the comment. PerfectDisk 10 is running on Windows 7, but not 2008. We are not making the change to 2008 because 10 is so close.
Thanks,
Joe

Hi, Raxco.
As a Microsoft MVP, I received the pre-beta Windows 7 (build 6801) last month and installed it right away. Every application I've tried with it works - except PerfectDisk 2008. Now I have to boot into Vista at least once a week just to defrag my hard drives.
Must I wait for PerfectDisk 10? Or is there a fix that will let me install and run PerfectDisk 2008 in Windows 7?
RC
